US Mach-E through 2026 is CCS1 at the car, not native NACS. Open the charge door anyway. Home stall is Lectron NEXUS J1772 48A. Hotel J1772 already fits. Lectron Vortex Plus is Tesla Superchargers on that CCS inlet.
US Mach-E is CCS1 through 2026
Every US Mach-E from 2021 through 2026 has a CCS1 inlet. Native NACS is Ford's next platform, not this nameplate. Forum posts that say 2025+ Mach-E is NACS are ahead of the hardware.
CCS1 is the combo inlet: J1772 AC plus the extra DC block. Open the door once to confirm. Look for the CCS1 combo inlet on this car.
Hardwire J1772 Level 2
Overnight Level 2 is how a leased Mach-E lives at home, including after a long drive. Lectron NEXUS J1772 48A is the stall for this inlet. Licensed electrician, dedicated 240V.
Match a J1772 NEXUS to this CCS1 inlet. Hardwired Level 2 is the overnight stall; portable L1 is travel trickle.
Hotel J1772 already fits
Hotel and destination Level 2 is still often J1772. A CCS1 Mach-E already takes that handle. Tesla-to-J1772 is the other direction: a J1772 car on a Tesla destination charger.
Listings that only say Level 2 are incomplete. Confirm the connector, then plug in.
Superchargers need a CCS adapter
A CCS1 Mach-E does not take Tesla Superchargers with a bare inlet. Ford sold a NACS-to-CCS Fast Charging Adapter for this. Check the trunk before you buy another.
Lectron Vortex Plus is that Supercharger path if Ford did not pack one. Confirm Tesla access. Hotel J1772 stays on the hotel handle for this inlet.
