Tesla Robotaxi has a Nevada permit for Clark County; that is not a public hail, and Cybercab is not a Vegas hail. Fare shapes, not a quote. Zoox aims at the comfort tier, roughly 20 to 40 percent over a plain UberX: base plus per-mile plus per-minute, quoted before you accept and locked even if the pod reroutes.
